Financials and governance transparency

Last updated: January 11, 2026

InclusiVibe Foundation is a Texas-based 501(c)(3) public charity with a dedicated bank account separate from any personal finances. This page provides a plain-language snapshot of our structure, how we handle funds, and what we will publish as we grow.

*Note: Figures below are unaudited and provided for transparency.*

Oversight and advisors

We currently receive pro bono advisory support from two professionals: Dr. Fraser Henderson Sr., (technical review of a literature-style brief/white paper) and Dr. Colin Halverson (bioethics advisor supporting consent language, risk framing, and narrative integrity). Advisors are not compensated and do not receive any financial benefit from the Foundation. The Foundation does not provide medical advice, and advisory review does not constitute clinical guidance or endorsement.

We are actively recruiting board members aligned with our mission and governance needs.

Compensation and staffing

At this time, there are no paid staff. The founder is not compensated. Volunteers are not compensated.

Financial snapshot

To date, the Foundation has received approximately $2,400 in cash & check donations

Founder loan details (start-up costs):

- Nonprofit legal formation/filing support: $3,500

- Trademark filing: $2,698

The founder loan will be repaid only when the Foundation has sufficient revenue to do so responsibly and with appropriate oversight. Repayment will require review/approval by the Treasurer (or interim finance reviewer) and will not impair mission delivery.

Current operating focus

Current spending is limited to essential operating needs that support responsible, secure operations (for example: software and security tools, basic administrative infrastructure, and compliance-related services). We are not paying for office space, and we are not paying salaries.

Privacy and security

We use consent-based processes for any public sharing of stories, limit access to sensitive materials, and apply security safeguards appropriate for handling sensitive health information. For e-signatures and related documents, we use BoldSign in HIPAA mode and have a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in place.

While we are not a healthcare provider, we aim to follow high privacy and security standards and welcome questions about how information is collected, stored, and shared.

Reporting and required filings

Our annual IRS information return is due based on our fiscal year-end (the 15th day of the 5th month after year-end). We expect our first filing by November 2026 and will post confirmation here once filed.
