These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of InclusiVibe Foundation’s website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who we are
InclusiVibe Foundation is a Texas-based 501(c)(3) public charity (“InclusiVibe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2) Educational purpose; not medical advice
InclusiVibe Foundation is not a medical provider. The Site and any materials we publish are for educational and advocacy purposes only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use this Site for emergencies.
3) Using the Site
You agree not to:
misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access;
upload malware or harmful code;
use the Site to harass, threaten, or violate others’ rights;
submit content you do not have the right to share.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe use violates these Terms or applicable law.
4) Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site content (text, graphics, logos, videos, and materials) is owned by or licensed to InclusiVibe Foundation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may share links to our pages. You may not reproduce, republish, or sell our content without permission, except where allowed by law (e.g., fair use). To request permission, contact info@inclusivibe.org.
5) Story submissions and user-provided content
If you submit information through a form, email, or other channel (“Submission”), you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
Consent-forward publication: We do not publish individual stories without explicit permission. If we wish to publish or feature any part of your submission, we will seek clear consent consistent with our story practices.
Please do not include sensitive personal information about another person unless you have their explicit permission.
Submissions may be collected through Neon forms, Google Forms, or email, depending on the program and the type of intake.
6) Third-party services and links
Some functions on our Site rely on third-party services (for example, donation processing, forms, embedded videos, scheduling tools, or analytics). When you click a third-party link or submit information through a third-party service, that interaction may be governed by the third party’s terms and privacy practices.
We may use service providers such as:
- Neon CRM for supporter management and online forms (including donations and interest forms)
- Payment processing partners integrated with Neon (as applicable)
- Google Forms for certain surveys or intake forms (if used)
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you use.
7) Donations
Donations may be processed through Neon CRM and its integrated payment processing partners (as applicable). Donation receipts are provided at the time of giving. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services were provided in exchange for a donation unless explicitly stated in a receipt.
8) Privacy

9) Disclaimers; limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee completeness or error-free content.
