Susan Chalela, MPT, is a neuro-physical therapist who has spent decades helping patients with rare and complex neurological conditions find hope and function again. As Co-Founder and Chief of Medical Education & Outreach, she brings both expertise and heart, ensuring that InclusiVibe’s programs reflect the realities patients face every day and truly improve patients' and families’ quality of life.
A neuro-physical therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience, Susan specializes in complex neurological rehabilitation for patients with conditions such as craniocervical instability, tethered cord, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Her work bridges evidence-based neuroplasticity approaches with patient advocacy, guiding the InclusiVibe Foundation’s medical education programs and outreach initiatives.
She is a recognized leader in developing evidence-based treatment methods that integrate biomechanics, neuroplasticity, and proprioception. Susan also teaches the internationally attended EDS ECHO Finding Functional Foundations™ (FFF) course, training physical therapists around the world to treat hypermobile patients. Her leadership ensures that the Foundation’s programs remain grounded in the latest clinical standards and the lived experiences of those affected by complex conditions.
